Why does the browser change color?

Why does Chrome change color when I set #186ec8, the browser shows #376AC6?
1. FAR - the color is correct.
2. Chrome is lying, this is both obvious and the program indicates that the color is different.

At least clear your browser cache. Ctrl+H --> Clear history
AND reload the page
Or disable gpu acceleration.

1.Open a new tab and copy to the address bar chrome://flags/#force-color-profile
2.Set the dropdown option to "sRGB".
3.Turn off and restart Chrome.
