Why does the browser automatically launch after a user logs in?

Greetings. After the user signs in, the default browser with MSN News Portal is automatically launched. Of the latest manipulations that were performed on this computer, the Viber Desktop update. I looked in the Task Scheduler there is a trigger to launch Edge, but since Vivaldi is the default, FireFox launches them. I disabled this task in the list. But after re-entering the user, the situation repeated itself. Tell me how to get rid of this?!

open the task manager and see what is in autorun. well, nobody canceled msconfig
