Why does the Bar disappear when the character is rotated?

If you do not use the jump, then in principle the Bar does not disappear. But if I go right, jump, turn left and that HP bar disappears.

The same problem, only with projectiles (when flipping to the left, they do not appear)

You turn the character along with the bar. The strip does not disappear, you can see its back.
Rotate only the character sprite or move the strip into a separate object.
