Why does the application bundle in the browser weigh 8 times more than in the build folder?

Actually, a question. I'm building a bundle with an application. In the /bundle folder, the file with the JS bundle weighs about 3 mb, and when I open this application in the browser, I go to F12 > Sources - there the bundle size is about 25 mb. What is it connected with?
