Why does the android in the emulator work with errors?

I downloaded Android Studio 2.3.3 for myself, created a virtual machine with Android 8.0, I run it in the emulator, and it gives me an error:

Here is another very common mistake:

This error does not allow you to open windows normally, make an android setting, select a language, etc.
In general, I thought that the android should work without errors in the emulator ...
