Why does the Amazon Kindle app under iOS7 keep reloading the screen after returning from another app?

I'm reading "Hatching Twitter" on the Amazon Kindle app on my iPad Mini. To translate some words I use the Abbyy Lingvo application - also installed on the tablet. So, as soon as I translate the word and go back to the book, the iPad overloads the screen. Usually this procedure takes a second, but since you often have to be distracted by the translation of certain words, it becomes annoying.
I noticed that this screen reload appeared in iOS7, this was not observed before.
This is not the case in other applications, only in Kindle for iOS.
Is there a way to cure?

As a rule, screens are "reloaded" when there is not enough memory. When you switch to the same Abby Lingvo, it requests too much memory, the system asks AmazonKindle to make room and it unloads itself (or some part of itself). iPad mini is weak in this regard
Alternatively, try to kill (meaning unload from memory in the panel where all running apps are displayed) all unnecessary applications, leaving only these two. Well, or put another dictionary that will eat fewer resources. Perhaps it will help ... it's just that there is another option, which was intended by the developers of the Amazon Kindle. Then this advice is past
