Why does the action take a long time to load in yii2?

Hello,
there is a dev version of the framework. It has a separate user module.
When trying certain actions, except for registration and login, the action or module is loaded for a very long time. (from 3 seconds to 15, sometimes more and the server issues a timeout).
Tried to disable debug. Did not help.
Rolled back controller and model files to older versions. Did not help.
