Why does the 1s session automatically end when entering IB through a terminal session (RDP)?

Good day. There was a problem with setting up 1s 7.7 Accounting, I hope for your help. There is a terminal server Windows server 2003 R2 on which there is 1s 7.7 Accounting. There is an IS %namecompany%_buh, you need to make a copy of it so that certain employees can work in its copy. I copy the folder with the base, give it a different name, and register it in the 1C client. Then the following happens - when logging in via "Remote Desktop Connection", the employee enters the terminal server and after he selects a copy of this database and enters the password, the terminal session ends immediately (writes "session end"). Please tell me what am I doing wrong?

When you try to enter a copy of 1C, it crashes and the session ends, as if 1C were completed manually. The most likely cause of the crash is insufficient access rights to the database files.

I'm sorry, I completely forgot about the logs. In the Application events there is an error with code 1800 (Application error 1cv7s.exe, version 7.70.0.27, frame.dll module, version 7.70.0.14, address 0x0001a540.) And in the System tab, errors with code 1111 (Xerox WorkCentre 3210 PCL 6 driver for printer !!WS75!Xerox WorkCentre 3210 PCL 6 is not recognized.Contact your network administrator to install the correct driver.) Can such an error occur when detecting printers when 1s login occurs?
