Why does syntax error #1064 occur when importing mysql database?

Hello! I'm trying to migrate a mysql database from a phpmyadmin version 4 enabled host to a phpmyadmin 4.6 enabled host using a simple export-import. As a result, I get error #1064 mysql

What could be the reason for this and how to fix it?
