Why does symfony 2.6 Hello world page take 13 seconds to generate?

When debug is enabled, the Hello World page is generated in about 13 seconds. If you turn off debug, then about 7. But it's still a lot. In addition, I work on localhost, the environment is deployed through vagrant. PHP version 5.6, OPcache enabled
