Why does svchost.exe load the system?
I installed Windows and noticed (it's hard not to notice) that some kind of host process is very upsetting the system, BUT which one I still can't understand and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. It's not possible to work like that!

I had this. Turning off the services in turn, I found out that the update center was to blame. You may have something else, look for services
In the list of services, search by PID - most likely it is Windows Update (wuauserv)
Probably a known update bug. MS is in no hurry to fix it...
