I don’t have any planned actions, now the goods are all redeemed, the last purchase was a day ago, but I see that there are some “pending” processes.

I'm assuming that this error caused the problem that some items in a single copy were bought twice.

How to solve this problem so that the processes do not fall into pending and stand still?

These processes are currently idling...no activity is running in the background
