Why does Sublime change files?

Why does TortoiseHg say that the file has been completely rewritten after saving the file in Sublime without changes?

sublime could change encoding, could add BOM, could change line endings to something else (CRLF to LF, or vice versa)

Change the sublime - it seems beautiful, but buggy. I constantly had problems updating the state of the working folder (for example, I created some file in the project folder and it is not displayed in the sublime - I have to restart it or click on "update"). I recommend Atom .
