Why does ST3 change file permissions to 755 from Windows on Linux in a virtual machine?

There is a virtual machine with Debian (Oracle VirtualBox) running under Windows, on which Samba is configured, rummaging through the project folder to the host (Windows).
On Windows, this whole thing is opened through Sublime Text 3.
The problem is this - by default, all the files I have have 644 permissions. When I open and save under Windows, the permissions change to 755. How can I fix this?

@berezuev

check the umask for the user running samba.
Or umask in the settings of the samba itself.
