Why does ssh/sftp access sometimes disappear?

I can’t understand how, sometimes I can’t connect via ssh via PhP Storm, while everything connects fine via Putty and FileZilla, when I try to connect using PhP Storm, an error pops up:
Failed to connect SFTP subsystem: Remote host may not have sftp-server installed: java.io.IOException: channel is broken.
Please tell me what could be the problem?
PS:
The problem is definitely not in PhP Storm (tested on 5 PCs).

Does it play on 5 computers? Then just in PhpStorm.
If only one - then look at PhpStorm and / or Java versions, something must be different.
