Why does SSH hang when I enter any commands?

Hello everyone, I’ll say right away that I’m not a master in server administration and I will be glad for any help!
I ran into a problem that after establishing an SSH session, the terminal freezes when entering any commands, it sometimes comes to life for 10 seconds, then hangs again. I can't
even open the config . /ets/ssh/sshd_configAdded there via echo "GSSAPIAuthentication no"and "UseDNS no", restarted, but did not help(

Is there any packet loss to the server? Try mosh.
