Why does snap.svg.js work without animation?

I came across a very (for me) interesting question on stackoverflow.
I decided to try to implement this on snap.svg.js, but since I had not worked with similar libraries before, I asked the question here where and got an answer that works if there is one path , but if there are several of them, then smooth animation does not occur.
Of course, I set a delay in the animation as indicated on the website and from examples on the network, but this is ignored.
I took the shape itself HERE , but transformed it into Corel Draw and transferred the paths from the editor to mousemove, but in vain...
The console is silent. Tell me where I made a mistake? Why not animation?

@Nikita-Fast

First - why do you use attr (gr1/2) instead of animate?
Second - why are you passing functions instead of objects to animate (path1/2/3/4)?
Fixed .
