Why does schtasks run after download?
In general, such a problem, after the w10 system is loaded. The schtasks command line immediately appears, after which everything quickly closes and that's it. What is the problem? I read that schtasks is a scheduler, but why is it randomly launched every time Windows starts?

Perhaps there is a task in the scheduler with the "At logon" trigger. Schtasks itself is a utility for managing scheduler tasks, check what you have in autoload using msconfig
