Why does rotate 3d in React behave so weird?

Hello everyone, there are pictures that, when hovered over, should produce a rotate 3d effect and the picture should lean in the direction where you point with the mouse, like here: https://codepen.io/armandocanals/pen/WWXZMB , But on React, and either I don’t see something obvious, or I wrote something wrong, please help me, I’ve been suffering for 3 days already, I tried to write anything, but as I understand it, instead of window.innerWidth and window.innerHeight e.target.getBoundingClientRect () should be, here is the code:
