Why does redux-easy-boilerplate take a long time to load on windows?

Hello, tell me please, what could be the reason for the long rendering of the page on windows?
The page is loaded from localhost (localhost:3000) in about 4-6 seconds.
On Linux everything is fine, there is no such long loading.

Look at the network boot log in chrome - everything will become clear there which request is the longest.
