Why does RawCap only intercept GET?

Due to an error when sending a request (403 Forbidden Missing or invalid CSRF token), I decided to compare what the browser sends and what the server gives in order to understand what the problem is. I send a POST request using curl ( https://pastebin.com/hSD82SBC ) from a local server. Using rawcap, I intercept requests, open the pcap file in wireshark, but there are only GET requests and HTTP protocols. The request is sent to HTTPS , what could be the problem, in the firewall, rawcap indicated
