Why does QT Creator give an error when creating a new project when launching release?

The bottom line is this, in general, initially there was a question of how to build an executable file to run outside the walls of QT. While trying to achieve the goal, I came across the fact that my Release version does not want to start, even when a new project is created, without adding anything to it. Qt just spits me a message:

What's with the notice in the background? How did you install Qt? Do other versions have the same problem?

I have the same problem. linux ubuntu.
