Why does PyCharm not see git repositories in the project and absolutely all new files are highlighted in green?
I installed a new version of PyCharm 2019.2 Px in vain

1. Absolutely all new files are now green (they used to be highlighted when I add them to the git)
2. I have a directory with applications, and each application is a separate turnip, he does not understand point-blank that this is a git repository
3. Leaving 2 points, annotate does not work (that is, I can’t see who and when wrote a line of code), also when changing the code, which highlights do not work
4. debug used to work well , now it crawls into the guts of the framework and into python on almost every line, why ...

For now, there is a temporary solution. I installed the under-ice 2018 version, to be more precise, 2018.3.7. There is no such problem.
But if you have an idea or guesses, then write. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.
