Why does post request processing take a long time in node js?

It used to work fine, I received POST requests and my server processed them instantly, now I reinstalled everything on the server and I receive requests, but now it takes 10 seconds to process them. Why is that? This is a very big problem in my case.
the script is on port 80,
maybe some stupid question, but I can't figure out what's wrong. Help me please!

is the node running on sale? or locally under Windows? many factors. Has the code changed? If yes, what exactly? It is impossible to help you with current information.
