Why does PhpStrom upload files with wrong time?
Hello!
Save, help! PHPStorm uploads files with a difference of minus six hours. The template engine does not see changes in files, because it considers that they are NOT out of date. You have to constantly recompile them.
Everything is OK on the server. I did not find anything related to the time in the settings :(

This is due to a bug in PhpStorm that does not work correctly with RTZ.
