During editing, Photoshop seems to blur images in a strange way.
After saving the image and opening it in the viewer, everything is clear, as it should be.
Is there a way to disable this display degradation?

In short, he found the solution himself. I turned off the use of the video card in the settings and everything immediately became clear.
PNG (or GIF) on the left, JPEG on the right.
JPEG is a lossy format and is intended for rich images such as photographs, where there are very few sharp transitions at the border of colors. For sharply contrasting images, as in the above example, it is categorically contraindicated.
We need to figure out why Photoshop saves in JPEG and not in PNG.
