Why does outlook freeze when typing?

Windows 7 was upgraded to 10. Before that, it had outlook 2007. It was demolished and Outlook 2019 was installed. Now, when typing, a blue spinning wheel periodically appears and the input is not displayed. Then all the text that was entered at that moment appears. Cleared outlook cache. At the same time, when the blue wheel appears, the client itself does not freeze.

The client works with an Outlook 365 account. Other users do not experience this.
