Why does one.google.com show my personal account as G Suite?

Does one.google.com show my personal account as G Suite? And accordingly, Google One tariffs are not available.

But when you go to admin.google.com, for example, it says - The site admin.google.com is available only for G Suite accounts. You can't sign in with regular Gmail accounts here.

You are most likely using multiple input. This is not the best way to separate access areas and operating modes.
