Why does Notepad++ not want to save the file?

Everything used to be fine, now even when switching to administrator mode, nothing happens

1. On the label "run as administrator" check the box in the properties.
2. the file is protected from being changed by another process
3. check the current rights to the saved
PS file: it seems you have it open on the 1st tab ....

Avast:
- disable checking when writing files, otherwise it does not allow saving from notepad ++ and composer updates packages with errors (Avast-Menu-Settings-Protection-Basic protection components-File protection-Scan files when writing-uncheck)
