Why does not determine the password?

Hello. I configure the SSH protocol on switches. I specify the password everywhere the same pass_SW, but after setting it up on the third switch, the SSH protocol connection stopped working

And another question. Can I call the domain name in the same way as the user's name? Or is it not right at all? Thanks for the help!

check the username, if of course the top screenshot is from this switch you are trying to join
