Why does nginx forward to https for some domains?

Good afternoon!

Tell me why when I locally create a virtual domain, for example, domain.com, then it works ok.
If I create domain.dev in the same way, for example, then the browser forwards to https when opening this domain and the site is not displayed?

Thank you.

@Rikcon

.dev is hardwired into chrome at

So it's not nginx, but the browser itself does it.
My advice: choose another domain for development, maybe even a non-existing one.
