Why does my computer go to sleep when the screen turns off?

Good afternoon. Notebook Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G2 ITL. The problem is as follows: the following settings are set to turn off the screen and switch to sleep mode (screen 1).
Also, in the additional power settings, the hibernation time is also set, some setting "Waiting time for automatic idle sleep mode" is unlocked and its obviously large value is set (screen 2).

With all this, when the screen turns off, the computer immediately goes into sleep mode. What should be done so that the sleep mode starts after the set time interval, and not when the screen is turned off?
