Why does MongoDB cmd give an error when starting MongoDB?

Good evening. Can you please tell me why when starting MongoDB (net start MongoDB), cmd gives an error "Incorrect service name"?

I checked the list of services that I can run (net help services) and MongoDB is not in this list.
I'm trying to add a service (mongod --config C:\mongodb\mongod.cfg --instal) I get
an error

@enovot

Started up. It was all an error (Failed global initialization: FileNotOpe
n Failed to open "C:\mongodb\log\mongo.log")
Created a file C:\mongodb\log\mongo.log and all is well

Perhaps MongoDB is installed incorrectly? It’s not just that she didn’t register in the services.
