Why does Modx Revolution incorrectly show user authorization status?

Modx Revolution server installed. I insert a design on the page

If the user is logged in, it shows the phrase "User: Username". If not registered, then "User:".
Installed plugin "Personalize". I made chunks without code, only with the inscriptions "secured" and "not pledged". Everything worked several times with a bang. I stuffed chunks with html code, now they are also processed as if I were not registered. I have cleared the cache of the browser and the site - the result does not change. What could be the problem?
