Why does mobile layout break with data-tooltip?

Hello.
There is a page with text containing:

If viewing on a computer, then it is normally displayed, if on a mobile phone - disgusting.
With your advice and recommendations for correcting this miracle. Or can someone explain what this tooltip is eaten with?
