Why does maven compile fail with package doesnt exist when it does?

Added dependency to maven. Added normally, appeared on the panel on the right.
I'm trying to import in code - cannot resolve symbol 'code'
If I try to run compile, it says package com.google.code does not exist
What could be the problem?
