Why does lshw incorrectly detect the DDR version?

In fact: DDR3 / 1333, in the console it displays:
32MiB DIMM DDR2 Synchronous 200 MHz (5,0 ns)

In the memory firmware, the data is underwritten according to the specification. Other programs will probably do the same.
