Why does liqpay callback not come when canceling a payment?

Good day.
I am developing a site where payment for services occurs through the site https://www.liqpay.com/ . I generate a link with which the user gets to the liqpay website and makes a payment. My problem is the following. There is a button "Cancel payment" on the liqpay website. When clicked, I go back to my site, and should receive a request from liqpay with the status "failure" on the URL (which processes responses from liqpay). Answer from liqpay technical support:
"In this case, the payment will be in the cancel status and a callback will be sent to the server with the
HTTP 200 1.152ms failure status"
The only problem is that I don't get it. I get a request with a positive status when paying, sometimes I get a request with a negative status when the payment fails. But when I cancel I don't get anything.
I would be grateful for any help with my question.

The fact is that according to the API there are only 2 URLs. The first result_url is the URL in your store to which the buyer will be redirected after the purchase is completed (everything is ok, it works). The second server_url is the API URL in your store for notifications of payment status changes. The one to which the response comes with the status. On which the 'failure' status is expected upon cancellation, but unfortunately for some reason it does not come.
