Why does LineageOS encryption fail?

Good afternoon
There is a phone Asus ZE500CL. it has a new LineageOS. When trying to encrypt, it goes into a circular reboot.
Logcat fails, because the system does not boot at all, and even through ADB it becomes invisible.

Why are we surprised? It often does not work on stock firmware either.
We save user data, reset the device and try to encrypt, if it does not work, then we try other firmware.
