Why does laravel output hashed files?

The question is.
There is an index.blade.php file, but instead, Laravel outputs "storage/framework/views/2c74f4b489a970496712309e951548708da2ebbc.php" hashed index.blade.php.
On the local server there is no such problem, on the hosting there is, you have to wait 10 minutes until something works there and the changes take effect js, css or just html.

How to fix it?
