Why does Keep-Alive give a 500 error when I turn it on?

I decided to enable Keep-Alive in htaccess, I registered this command, it Header set Connection keep-alive timeout=15gives an error 500. Why?

Maybe quotes are needed, after all, the parameter (header value) contains a space: ?
