Why does .js / .css load like html?

Hello, I encountered such an error that .js and .css files are loaded with Content-Type: text/html, instead of, say, application/javascript. The directory contains a project on VUE CLI. How can this problem be corrected?

Apparently they are not in your web server's MIME list.
