Why does it take a long time to process changes in yii2 hosting?

Previously worked with yii2 on vds. There were no such problems. Now it was required to use yii from the archive on a regular hosting. And for some reason, any changes in the yii code on the site are displayed after 1-2 minutes. Though any other changes (not and yii) occur instantly. Why is this happening?

Maybe I'm wrong, but try adding the setting
'assetManager' => ['linkAssets' => true] in the configuration file and clean the web/assets folder
