Why does it say "Cipher not found" when connecting via ssh?

When I try to connect I get this error:

$ ssh  [email protected]***.***.162

SSH version on server: OpenSSH 5.3p1 (protocol 1.99)
My SSH client version: OpenSSH_7.6p1 Ubuntu-4ubuntu0.3, OpenSSL 1.0.2n 7 Dec 2017
