Why does it jump to the parent element's link and how to fix it?

There is a drop-down menu, but when you click on its item, you go to the link of the 'Menu' button itself.

For the simple reason that the #touch-menu element loses its focus state before the list element is clicked. It is worth making the fallout by other means :)
