Why does it hang when loading with a new video card?

Good evening! I put a new video card in the computer, rx 5700 asus dual. I tested it on different pieces of iron, so it makes no sense to write percent, memory, and so on, it makes no sense, I tried everything from weak iron to the top one. When loading windows 10 or windows 7 freezes at the time of loading. The monitor itself is connected through this video card.

On Linux, the system boots but throws errors...

I don't know what to think. Any ideas what it could be?

If you tried to change all other components, it is logical to assume that something is wrong with the vidyukha. Return under warranty, have them test it.
