Why does it freeze when trying to restore BareOs?

I'm trying to deal with BareOs (a fork of Bacula).
I installed Director in a virtual machine on Ubuntu 16
I installed Storage Deamon and File Deamon on a Windows host where the virtual machine I run the
task, it is executed, a Full-000x file appears in the SD folder I
go into the web face, I want to restore the backup, and it hangs on the File Selection only service bareos-dir restart helps.
At the same time, the default backup opens without problems
. What could be the reason?

The problem was solved by updating to version 18, before that there was such an error on some PCs, now everything is ok.

And what's in the logs? Gives an error when hanging? If the error is too many files, just refresh the page.
