Why does iptv crumble on Mikrotik Hex S?

Good evening. Arranged FTTH connection in a remote area for 8 clients. Optical channel using sfp (not gpon). Customers purchased HEX s, configured with a common Bridge1 : sfp and all 5 lan ports. There are no more rules, the firewall is empty. Behind Mikrotik, a provider's router with pppoe and an ip-tv set-top box working from the provider's router! When the channel is loaded (input speed is about 85mb), the TV picture starts to crumble. Where to dig? It's easier not to come up with a config. When using a test router (dlink 5402) instead of a microtic, the TV works without interference. Thanks
