Why does Instagram think there is no network?

There was a need to visit my account (which I visited a maximum of two months ago, or even earlier) and I can’t do this from any provider or device, because insta confidently says that there is no Internet connection from both the web version and the application :

I tried to log in via VPN, got this:

At the same time, for each login attempt, a notification is sent to the mail that authorization has occurred. If I enter the wrong username / password, it reports that there is an error. I wanted to write to technical support, but it's not there *Harold hiding pain*. The account is active.
What to do, how to treat?
UPD: I reset the password, the procedure is successfully completed, but the account is not logged in.
I tried to log in to a friend's account - everything is fine, i.e. the problem is only with mine.
I wrote to the support email indicated in Google Play, they are silent.
