Why does input not work correctly in mozilla?

Good afternoon! I have a question. There is a form in which the message input field in Google Chrome works as it should, but in Mozilla the text of the message is not selected with the mouse, what should I do?
Perhaps someone knows how to use webkit in this case? Or are there any other solutions?
